Terms and Conditions 

The following terms and conditions will apply for all contracts between the customer and ‘Studio Éhr’ about the delivery of goods, which are ordered on ‘

Studio Éhr’ online shop of www.studioehr.com

  

1. Terms of Sale

By placing an order with ‘Studio Éhr’ you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

In order to contract with ‘Studio Éhr’ you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. 

Pre-Orders. Please note, these are items that are not available to purchase and are currently not in stock. They are available to purchase in advance and in your size. Payments will be taken in advance for these orders. 
If you are not fully satisfied with your Pre-order purchase, of course, you will be refunded.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

2. Delivery Times & Charges

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days, not including weekends and public holidays. We offer free shipping for all UK customers. 

Our Pre-Order collections will be shipped in 20 working days from the order date. These items are made to order in our London studio. 

We offer 2-4 day European and global shipping with UPS Carbon Neutral Parcel Service. Our global shipping cost is £9.99 will be added at the checkout for all orders under £100.

Free shipping on all orders above £200.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customers have a right to cancel their order before it has been dispatched. After the order has been dispatched the customer is responsible for returning the order and paying the return postage. All cancellation and returns must be approved by email.

 

4. Refund Policy

Returns 

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges must be approved by email.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

• Swimwear Bottoms 

For the completion of your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days. On some international transfers, this might take longer. 

 

Exchanges 

If you require to exchange an item, please send an email at hello@studioehr.com for more information. 

 

Shipping 

For returned or exchanged products, you should send your items via a secure tracked and signed service to: Unit 15, 9 Saint Stephens Crescent W2 5QT London, United Kingdom. You must keep proof of shipping as Studio Éhr will not be held responsible for lost returned packages. 

Customer will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is faulty. 

 

5. Prices

All prices are correct at time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Customers are responsible for paying any additional insured custom fees once the items have been received. 

 

6. Product Images and Descriptions

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of Studio Ehr clothing are accurate. Digital photography has been used and in some cases colours may be slightly different in real life.

  

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Studio Éhr, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

9. Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

10. Privacy Policy

By using the Website, you consent to the use of your data which will not be shared with any third-party entities. We only use your personal information for order confirmations and dispatch and if you have signed up for our newsletter to inform you of our offers. 

 

11. Newsletter and Promotional Contact

Your sign up to our newsletter via E-Mail allows us to contact you for monthly Studio Ehr updates promotional news.
